Situated in a less touristy area, it provides a peaceful retreat from the bustling city. The rooms are modern and stylish, with sparkling new fixtures and fittings, creating a high-end feel. The balcony is spacious, allowing guests to enjoy the view. The staff goes above and beyond, offering exceptional service that even surpasses that of a 5-star hotel. The reception area includes a cafe serving specialty coffees, while the bathroom amenities are fantastic. Lastly, the bed is incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep.
The pool was a little small, although it was kept clean.

Clean hotel with modern rooms. Kettle, fridge, and hair dryer provided. Plenty of electric sockets. Helpful English-speaking staff. Close to BTS skytrain. On-site restaurant and nearby convenience store. Inviting pool.

The staff at this hotel were really good. From the moment I checked in, they were friendly and helpful. They even brought chairs up to my balcony when I asked. The location of the hotel was perfect, with a train station nearby and ICONSIAM just a few minutes away. The convenience of having a coffee shop and a convenience store right beside the hotel was also great. The breakfast served at the hotel was excellent, with local and international cuisine.

The staff at Cascade Hotel were friendly and helpful. They were pretty good too ensure that I had everything I needed and were always available to assist with any queries or requests. The service was really good and made me feel welcome and valued as a guest.

We had an amazing stay here. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the facilities were very clean and comfortable. The swimming pool was great and we enjoyed the live entertainment. The location was also perfect, with a train station within a few minutes’ walk and plenty of shops and commercial services nearby. Room service, dry cleaning and laundry were all excellent.
